This documentary by Ricki Lake and Abby Epstein really spoke to me. I am a huge advocate of educated childbirth. I feel that this film could enlighten young women about what childbirth is and is not. If you get a chance, check it out. It is available on Netflix.The Business Of Being Born
I was raised knowing that birthing was a natural part of life. If my mother could have natural childbirth, then so could I. And I did. And if I can do that, I can do anything.
